I purchased a Inspiron 13-5368 used. The space bar, n and ? keys work at random. The spacebar has to be hit aggressively or in several areas to work. The n key would just stop or react after repetitive hitting and I just noticed the shift/? key doesn't react as it should.  Of course, the previous owner states there is  no issues with keys however I am having major issues. The F9 key is missing which I was aware but nothing else. 

• I have rebooted  in safe mode (issue still occurred), uninstalled keyboard driver, factory reset/reboot laptop 2x over the few weeks in my possession and keyboard troubleshoot (no issues), updated driver ( current driver). Even just tried a "fix" listed here windows key/spacebar. 

Any suggestions or tips?  I feel as if the keyboard was replaced and that wasn't stated in their listing or previous owner definitely had same issues they are denying.

Any suggestions would be great to correct/repair/replace. It is so difficult to compose documents when the space bar stops working.
