II have inspiron 5593 laptop

the n, b, space, left arrow and 2 keys are sometimes not working, and when they work I find that some characters are repeated.

I am surprised about how many people raised this issue and there is no effective Dell fix.

I am sure that the problem is not sticky keys because I found this issue from day 1 of purchasing the laptop, I thought that I was typing incorrectly until I realized that there is an issue.

I tried a lot of solutions: uninstalling drivers, updating drivers, updating BIOS, uninstall HID EVENT FILTER, even contacting the service chat....... nothing worked.

I hope to find a solution by the customers because I am getting frustrated by DELL.

DELL, if you can't solve your products problems, do no manufacture new ones.
