Do I need the activation key to activate windows 10 reinstalled on my Inspiron 15 3567 comes with preinstalled OS through USB recovery drive created using Dell OS Recovery Tool? If yes then where the key I may find?

The "Key" COA is digitally signed in the BIOS.
If W10 was previously installed it should automatically activate when you go online???

Systems with windows 10 have the key IN BIOS.
This is not transferable or changeable.
You do not need a key to install windows there is an option to skip that.
