Delegate Isilon share administration to a particular user

Greetings

I want to delegate the administration of a share on Isilon to a certain user from the corporate active directory, this user should not have the power of root or admin on Isilon, but just the power to grant and revoke permissions for that share.

Could someone please advise how can I implement that

With many thanks in advance

You can use RBAC (Role-Bases Access Control) with the privilege "SMB: Configure SMB server".

You find that configuration point in Membership & Roles > Roles > Create a Role.

One clarification. RBAC privileges/roles are cluster-wide.  So if you create a role that allows a user to update SMB shares, that user will be able to add/delete/modify any share on the cluster.  It is not implemented at a share-level or even an access zone level, although for SMB shares, you could use the MMC for that which is access zone aware.
