Isilon H500-Drive interface board fault

In our H500 cluster, we are receiving a Drive Interface Board Fault alert on 1 node. In this case, does the entire node need to be replaced?

    Hello Murat INLI,

With having errors on both nodes it is best to open a support case for this issue so that we can look at the errors and see what actions are best to take to resolve your issue.

    Hello Sam,

On node 2 "Drive interface Board located in chassis slot 2 has failed. Replace the following component as soon as possible: Compute node"

So is it both in node 1 and 2 that are showing the error? You can probably just replace the board.

Yes, there are errors on Node 1 and Node 2. Is it possible to replace only the Drive Interface Board, or does the entire compute node need to be replaced?
