Can you give exact version by "uname -a" on the other nodes? Are your nodes under a maintenance contract?  If yes, then DELL EMC support may be able to provide you a link.

Can you connect serially in the back & get a prompt #? If yes, then disconnect IB & NIC cables & try:

# isi_reformat_node --factory

# isi_reformat_node o

   usage: isi_reformat_node [-fhprP] [--nolkg] [--factory]

                    -f|yes: Force, do not prompt

                 -h|--halt: Halt when finished

             -p|--poweroff: Poweroff when finished (default for --factory)

               -r|--reboot: Reboot when finished (default unless --factory)

                   --nolkg: Skip copy to LKG

                 --factory: Factory reset (removes hardware specific files as well)

-P|--preserve-diagnostics: Don't clean /var/log, /var/crash, etc.
