5290 2-in-1 - Front webcam not working

Dear all, 

I have an issue with the front webcam of my lattitude 5290 2-in-1 tablet under Windows 11 : It is not working at all.
In the divice manager, there's an exclamation mark on the OV5670 camera sensor. In the properties of the sensor, i can see an error code 10: STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE
I tried to remove then update the driver, it did not work.
I also tried to reinstall windows from scratch. Same issue after installation.
Can you help me?
