Looking in the BIOS I do not see anything as far as CPU temperature???
You may want to look in the "System Logs" for some indication???
But the E6410 was released in 2010/2011 (10 years old)
You may want to replace the CPU/GPU thermal grease.

To help me assist you to resolve this issue I would request you to try these troubleshooting steps and advise the result .
1)In the system BIOS check what is the cpu temperature displayed .
2)Restart the system and by tapping the F12 key initiate the Dell Diagnostics to run a test on the CPU fan .
3)Also just to confirm if the hard drive is working fine I would request you to try installing windows on the the system .
