we need some help. We have trouble with Dell E7430 microphone using Teams.  
Our Scenario 
User are having a call with MS Teams, and they use the internal microphone. 

Laptop Latitude 7430  
Windows 11 21H2 

Options we tried: 

Driver and BIOS updated 
Noise cancelling disabled
