I got a Dell Latitude 6430 with a i5-3437u, i was wondering if i could upgrade it? to perhaps an i7 930 or something or if i can which ones can i upgrade it to

You're asking about the CPU - - not the GPU.
No, to the i7-930, which is an older desktop CPU from two generations before your mobile 3rd generation Core CPu.
If you want an i7 upgrade that's the i7-3520M.

No, to the i7-930, which is an older desktop CPU from two generations before your mobile 3rd generation Core CPu.
If you want an i7 upgrade that's the i7-3520M.
