Linux on a XPS Gen 5

Possible so far?

I've tried Suse 9.2 and fedora core 4.... No luck

In Fedora it says and error with the hard drive(i have a raid 0 config). The Screen freezes with a lot of colors with Fedora core as a watermark.
In Suse, again, error with the hard drive. It detects everything but the partition part does not work.

So, is it possible?
Should i disable the raid 0 config?
if so, how?

Try kanotix, if just to see what the latest kudzu with the 2.6.11 patched kernel does.

I have it installed on d810 and it works fine, including the ati drivers!

So with the nvdia, you lucky bloke, you should have no problems. Libranet has an easy to use raid setup, but, it is not free.

    Best wishes,
