But now they ask me if I want to have OneDrive, I don't want so I clic on Only save on that computer and after I clic on Next. But know it's more then 1 hour that the screen don't change. I reboot my computer, but it's always make the same problem.

If I understand OP, they are saying they clicked SKIP and/or DO IT LATER but still can not get to next step of Windows First Time Setup.

What’s happening?
Out Of Box Set up stops at OneDrive screen.
What do you need to know?
Not able to Complete Out of Box Setup.
-
- Prompted to select a default location to save files (Options: One Drive and HDD), not allowing to complete the setup.
-
- Unable to click on “Next” option available on this screen as it is graded out or in some instances the system freezes on this screen.
Work Around:
Ø Re-start the system
Ø Disconnect from the Internet
Ø Create a local account
Ø Once at the desktop, change the local account to Microsoft Account.
We are currently working with Microsoft to get a solution for this.

I suggest you call phone support and let them walk you through "First Time Windows Setup".
If you are reading the screens carefully and properly, it should not be hard to do unless something is broken.
