driver

hello
I checked for driver update and on recommended available this two:
chipset - intel HECI (ME) driver
BIOS - s1.1.17_k1.1.16

I instal this twice already, but anyway they are showing off the recommended. where is problem?

Are you running the driver update check with the Support Assist app?

yes, but also check with DellSystemDetectLauncher and there the same, aiwalible bios update, but I already instal this twice

This is a Support Assist application error, it has already been escalated and we are waiting for a solution. So don't worry!

so is it possible to play desktop games without the chipset update or do we have to wait till the issue is resolved?

Hi nate__v‌,

It is not that the driver does not install, is that the system will keep on asking for the installation when it is already installed.
