Hi,

I am having an issue with my Blu-ray drive. It no longer reads blu-ray discs or DVDS it reads

CDs just fine. I have updated all the drivers and the bios but the issue persist? My question is two part

A. any idea what might be the problem

B. if I need to replace the drive what would be a good replacement?
