If someone could please give me any ideas on how to fix this problem, I would really appreciate it.

My Alienware M11x came with Windows 7. Up until two weeks ago, it was working fine. Now, the login screen will not accept my correct password. I cannot restore the computer back to the original factory settings because it asks for my password (and won't accept it). Also, there isn't a default administrator account that I can log into under Safe Mode. I've tried everything to fix this. I've called both Dell and Alienware and they can't help me (which is completely ridiculous). Hopefully, I can get this resolved as soon as possible.
