I'm looking to get a 17 R2 and was recently browsing the Australian online ordering system trying to customise my system. It seemed no options were offered for CPU selection. And while there was the option to upgrade the graphics card to GTX 980M, when I select the upgrade, it tells me the CPU (i7 4729HQ) was not compatible with the video card. I don't quite understand how does this happen. I mean why put the option there if it doesn't work? And more expensive standard systems were not even offered with graphics card upgrade? I love Alienware products for their performance and quality, you can certainly produce great product. But is it so difficult to have a better customer service and better maintained official website? And, does i7-4720HQ really not compatible with GTX 980M? 

I've seen this type of stuff on Australian website more than once, it's really frustrating. Please, somebody help me.
