Hi!

Please do a power drain (disconnect both the battery and AC adapter, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds). Then check:

• If the AC adapter LED light solid ON, flickering or fading out.
• If the BIOS says AC adapter type is "Unknown".
• The BIOS version you have installed in your system.
