Okay, so I have made some changes to what I am getting.

I am replacing 4850 with the 5770 instead of the 6950 (To save money)

Still replacing PSU with the Antec Earthwatts 650.

Also getting the Antec 300 case.

Now, Is a case swap still possible from the 435MT to the Antec 300 case? (I will probably be taking it into a store to get swapped over, if it is even possible to switch the cases over) 

If not, will the 5770 and the Antec Earthwatts fit into the Dell 435MT case?

The only "ifs" are "if" the Dell motherboard has standard ATX front panel connections (many models have Dell proprietary and undocumented front panel connections).  You probably will not find a back I/O panel shield to fit the 435's motherboard configuration. 

Other than that I don't see any problem.  However, I had one of those enclosures and had problems with it and dumped it for an Antec "ninehundred" which has better cooling.

It looks like there are separate front panel connections like "Standard ATX" but I still can't be sure.  It doesn't matter what case you get, they all use standard ATX connections (just the matter of cooling and what case features you want).  Standard ATX connections on motherboards are male "pins" that the cables from the case's front panel connections plug into. 

I would suggest a "modular" power supply.  They eliminate some (but not all) unused cables and clutter inside a case.

There is an identical post on Yahoo about upgrading, and I assume that is you.

Most of those pictures are of the rear panel and that does no good as you won't find a rear I/O panel insert to match the Dell rear I/O panel.

The internal picture does nothing.

Yeah it is me on yahoo, trying to get as much info as possible.

So would you think it is possible to switch to the Antec 300 case using my current mobo and all. 

I still can't say either way 100%.  Have your PC tech check it out first.  It may cost you for him to check it out but it could save you $$ if he finds out it won't work in a standard ATX style case.
