I purchased a new computer and when trying to get my folders off msn.com I did what I thought was move my info to my desktop with the idea I would then put on a disc etc.  Well what I did was apparently download the entire thing and it caused my system to crash.  When I try to enter my computer now it shows a blue screen with white lettering saying - "A problelm has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.  Then it tells me to go to safe mode etc... That does not work because it comes right back to the windows detected problem screen again.

Does anyone know if this can be fixed?  If so I will take it in or call Dell Support.  First and foremost I just want to know if there is anything that can be done.. I want to give my old Dell to my grandson for his games...
