I have an Inspiron 3847 and have had issues with the pc freezing, slow at start up, etc. I ran a hardware scan and it failed-Targeted Read Test with the error code WHD20-WX6. Any idea what this means and what the solution is?

It means the hard drive SMART ERROR DANGER WILL ROBINSON.
There are NO SOFT FIXES FOR PHYSICALLY BAD HARD DRIVES.
You buy a new one and reinstall.
End of story. Its not a matter of IF they fail its a matter of when.
