Suggest you repost this in the "Other Software" section.  This is the External Peripherals section and your issue has nothing to do with this forum section.  Posting in the most appropriate section (I know if can be confusing at times) will help to get issues resolved. 

Just one note, when I get a file or an error message I don't know what it is, I do a search for it, using the exact wording, on google and I usually find out what it is.
