Memory upgrade for E521

hi i've got a dell E521 and want to upgrade the memory to 4GB my question is do i buy 2 ,2GB sticks or 4 ,1GB sticks? Thanks for any replys :emotion-42:

    Thanks bev , my upgrades so far for E521 users :

    1. OCZ GameXStream Power Supply 700watt
    2. NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800GT
    3. 4X1GB CRUCIAL MEMORY

    All fitted with no problem and can now play games.
