Hi

I'm looking to add an additional Intel Xeon E5410 processor to my R5400 workstation, however when browsing the Dell store I found two products with remarkably different prices:

Part No. 374-11736 at £398.33 and part no A2572436 at £215.91

The latter appears to be just a standard boxed E5410. Can someone tell me what else I would recieve with the former to jusify the almost doubling in price?
