I while ago i bought myself the Alienware tactx mouse and i seem to have alot of problems with this mouse.

First of i just want to say that i like the mouse in general, but i have had alot of problems with it compared to other similar devices. Not to long ago i had it replaced becase the usb cord was giving up. I got a new one sent to me by delivery, well done. But my current problem, is that the right mouse button has just stopped working, unless i press it really hard. Is there anyway to messure the pressure of the "spring" function on this button and how many "press" is this button suppose to be able to take? Seems like this mouse suffers from bad manufacturing or something, anyone else have had alot of problems with this device?

Anyway to fix this or should i call support again?
