Just bought a Dimension 8100 and everytime you install a new software/games it usually ask that the computer restart before new settings take place. So I follow the steps to restart, but what it seems to be doing is putting it in stand-by mode, because the power light blinks and you can hear the computer still on and the monitor goes on stand-by mode, but it doesn't reboot. I have to turn it off manually and start again. Any ideas, how to fix this problem. Basically, it seems like the restart is putting it in stand-by mode.
