SDHC compatibility
I have a fairly new Dimension 9200 running on Vista. The machine has a SD memory card slot.
Unfortunately it cannot read SDHC memory cards.
Is there perhaps a hotfix available to upgrade the SD reader to read SDHC cards?
I already have installed the Microsoft patch for SDHC but the in-build card reader still doesn't want to accept the SDHC card (Transcend). Here's the link from where I downloaded the MS patch:

I think I can help you sdhc prob if your cardreader is from dell a teac please flow link that i have provided

go to link and you will find what you are looking for all dell readers come from TEAC you will find a firmware upgrade have a nice day

please flow link all dells come with TEAC readers fid the one for vista and you will be all set this is a firmware update
