Update Bios!!?

Greetings,
Good day to all.  I have a situation on hand - before I start let me share with you all what type of system I have.  I have a Dell Dimesion L400c.  And over the past 2 months I have been trying to upgrade memory and possibly OS.  However, I have only had problems, the memory issue was resolved simply by only finding out that I can only use DELL memory.  But, I'm on the next plato of problems.  I'm trying to update my Bios, since my PC is about 5 years old now, I figuered some of the software I've installed does not like what it is been dished out (Nero 5.5).  So, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the latest Bios version for my Dimension L400c, oh, I currently have version A01.

Thanks, guys/galls

Daniel
