Hi:

I have been having trouble with my operating system (windows me) and have gotten help from several people concerning error messages and blue screen messages.  In the process I have found I have contracted a virus called chernobyl or (w95.CIH). It messes with the operating system and makes it unstable.  The problem is since norton has detected and deleted the temp file with the virus I am still having problems with the operating system being unstable and slow responding and the sound is messed up also. How do I solve these problems?
