Hello-

I have a new XPS14 which run Windows 7 Professional (64 bit).  I purchased this latop in January of this year.  I am getting blue screen errors at least once or twice a week.  I have run the diagnostics when booting up and there is nothing that indicates a problem.

I am very frustrated because there seems to be a lot of information out there but I'm not really sure what to do at this point.  Should I be updating my device drivers? 

Any information you could share would be greatly appreciated!!
