I was having this problem when i first got this Smartstep 250n and a technician was able to assist me in solving the problem.  i had service done - a new system board and now the problem is back.  Now the technicians are not able to help and i forget the fix.

when i am typing an email message in outlook,  whenever i type the words "you" or any word that is typed more than once in a sentence...the curser will jump back to the first "you" or the first word that was typed.  Sometimes the curser jumps all around and tries to send the message immediately or try to add a file, etc. 

It appears that the keyboard is reading my typing as shortcut commands?

If anyone can help i would appreciate it as i have talked to Dell and Microsoft and have no success.
