cyberlink software

I purchased my dell 700m recently and nuked all the software out of it to get it configured as the rest of the computers in my university. I did not know it had not come with the usual back-up/recovery cd's. Now I know that one thing that is missing is the CyberlinkPower DVD application to view dvd's. You are supposed to be able to download these online (as alternative to having cd back-ups) but the only cyberlink download I found was an upgrade, not the actual application. Is there a place I am not looking??

Thanks.

yes - I did ask for the cd's but it is going to take some time for them to get here. I thought maybe I could download this one application since supposedly they don't send the cd's out in the first place because the download option exists.
