In back of laptop there is barcode and after that a number "23978600893" and in next line

SERVICE TAG(S/N): B0K8MV1 EXPRESS SERVICE CODE

Customer name- Gourav Kumar

If hard drive is faulty then how i m able to work in ubuntu smoothly?

The damaged sectors are likely located where WIndows is stored - not Ubuntu.
