keyboard backlight on my dell xps 15 timesout too quick. Is there anyway to set the timeout period?

There is a setting but at the present time, we cannot keep the setting. We have contacted Dell and hopefully they're working on this.
Start, control panel, Windows modility center.
Click on the little square in th keyboard brightnedd on box. You'll then see...
At the present time, it will not keep the settings on battery. When it's fixed, it will work correctly.

Thanks, found it already. I have set mine to DIm and 15 minutes and it appears to work just fine on battery. My laptop is only a month old so maybe they have fixed it. Anyway, thanks for the help.
