Error 2000-0333 occurs when a graphics test times out while waiting for the user to enter a response.  Please run the diagnostics again and choose the appropriate option during the screen test.

If you still receive the same error please update the BIOS on the computer. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.

2000-0142 error indicates the hard drive is faulty you would need to replace the hard drive on the system. Please backup the data from the system if it’s booting up.
