Spacebar Problem?
I just bought a D600 from someone and I haven't really had that much experience with laptops. Everything looks great and seems to be working. He said the spacebar was messed up but he got it fixed. The thing is, it works, but only if you press in the middle. Should it be like this orf should it work if pressed anywhere on it? Thanks!

Shouldn't Just be able to fix the spacebar without buying a new keyboard?

You should, but they are very fiddly and it may have broken or missing parts.

Hi,
It should work if pressed anywhere. It sounds like the wire rod underneath isnt connected. It makes it go down evenly. A 2nd hand keyboard is around $25 from parts-people.
