You need to install the 'Webcam Manager' software you should've received on a disc when you received your laptop?
But you can download the latest version from the Latitude D630 'Drivers & Downloads' page anyway (you'll find a link at the bottom of this page - under Support).
You need to make sure you've installed all the other drivers first though - and installed them in the correct order :emotion-5:
