Activate Windows problem
I'm not sure if this is the right tag to be writing about this. I bought an Alienware 15 R2 notbook 2.5 years ago and it came with Windowns Microsoft 10 Home OS. I thought it was a lifetime license but I'm not sure anymore. Since a month ago whenever I turned my notebook on I got a message asking me to activate windows and I do not know what to do. Could someone tell me what I should do? Can Dell fix this or give me another key to activate windows?
firstly open Ms office tools
then fill in detailsenter the product key in back cover press enter
And Download your ms office Started...
then installation finishes and uses the ms office.

You use the Product key that is below the notebook, it would mention the Windows version and the Product you can use the same product key, and if you still face issues or if that doesnt work then , i would suggest you back up your data and call Dell Team and they can help you reinstall the OS which you got with the system help you to and do a image restore.
