I placed an order for a Dell UltraSharp 1901FP monitor which is midnight grey, this was the order status details that I received DIS,FPL,19,D,1900FP,ISL,VR,DAO. If I didn't know any better this item is a Dell 1900FP Silver monitor, which is not my order, I am trying to speak to Dell but so far no one can clarify exactly why this was my order, what great sales people that Dell has, I clearly purchased a monitor for $679 and still the salesperson entered the wrong order, unbelievable I am livid with this unnecessary problem. By the way which one of these monitors is more worthwile to purchase the 1901FP or the 1900FP. Any help is welcome. Thank you.
