I just got 2408 monitor and while watching DVDs noticed a horizontal (liniar) artifacts in the upper half of the screen.. I've upgraded old 64MB NVIDIA AGP 4x card to 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 6200 one and now I have randomly appearing thin horizontal lines on desktop, menus, browser window etc (see below)..

Running at 1900x1200 @ 60Mhz

Does any one have any idea what is going on?!
