when i fisrt turn on my pc when windows is loading i get the black screen with ,dvi powers saving mode, flash on then as my pc

carries on loading it dissapears and all ok but it never used to come on when i start the pc only when you turn it off

any ideas why its happening now i have xp home 1800fp monitor
