We have encountered problems with four monitors bought from Dell dealer here in Dar es salaam. Out of 30 pieces bought 4 had become defective. The dealer had informed us that the problem is in the main board and due to non availability of spear, they can not be repaired. The serial numbers of the defective monitor TFT 17”are CNC-0U4931-46633-45H-3W0L CNC-0M1609-46633-416-2ANS CNC-0U4931-46633-45K-2FPL CNC-0U4931-46633-45H-5E6L We ask you to intervene immediately so that our work can not be disturbed by the delay in repairing those monitors. On the other note, the question we have is that, why possible all four monitors which were locate in different places become defective at the same time?
