I have a dimension 4100, 512 ram, 80 gb hard drive, 128 geoforce fx video, audigy sound card, and my problem is with the dell p1110 monitor.  Only on the desktop and internet it looks like someone has turned down the brightness, which it has not been turned down.  Games and what not seem to work right.  Also on full screen mode on the internet when you change pages it looks like the monitor expands and shrinks a little.  The problem has went away a  couple of times on its own and but always comes back.  This time it has stuck for a couple weeks.  No new programs where installed and nothing seems to have changed, on purpose any way.  Any help would be appreciated.
