@Harshaabc, Have you already tried updating the Remote access parameter for the old Exchange server who's data you are trying to recover ?

yes i have configured remote access . 

i tried restoring using Networker User ,  on the same client i was able to restore normal  File data  . it was successful ,   

Next i tried to restore exchange client ,   

Source Client :  Old exchange data DAG

Destination : Under Recover Option Selected local  storage on the client  example d:\restore . 

After the restore completed successfully on the NMC ,  said it transferred some X GB of data.  

on the Client on Networker user got following log infor. 

Recovering files of client 'exchangeclient' from server 'networkerserver'.
Recovering a subset of 22978 files within APPLICATIONS:\Microsoft Exchange 2010\ into D:\restore
Recover start time: 21/08/2020 9:44:58 PM
Requesting 1 recover session(s) from server.
Received 0 matching file(s) from NSR server `networkerserver'
Recover completion time: 21/08/2020 9:51:37 PM

When i checked the  D:\restore , there are not contents.

not sure where the data restore which was show by Storage server/node transferred. 

bit lost. i am not a exchange expert , not sure what am i missing   

@Harshaabc, Look at the logs again. Its says it has received 0 matching files. Please check the applogs on the client and daemon.raw on the server to see if you see any additional errors.

i have initiated another restore to analyse the logs.
