NMC report data domain statistics not showing data since DDOS 5.7.2.10 upgrade
hi all,
I currently have the issue that my NMC (Version 8.2.2.5) does not show data Domain statistics (Report saveset Details) for my backups since I upgraded the data Domain from DDOS 5.6.0.5 to 5.7.2.10.
all saveset Details from backups done with DDOS 5.6 are shown.
backupserver upgrade to 8.2.3.8 does also not solve this issue.
backupserver runs on Windows 2012R2.
do specific parts (Server, Client, NMC) require a specific networker Version? or is it a DDOS issue?
does anyone else has this Problem?

Final solution is:
1) Upgrade to DDOS 5.7.3.0
2) get the registry Key from EMC Support (in fact a System variable which is changed)
3) start a backup on this DataDomain
4) restart your local NMC Session
5) reports are shown as expected

Hi,
Yes, we got the same issue when we upgraded to DDOS 5.7.2. This is solved in 5.7.3.0 but you will need to add a registry key on the DD too for the compression statistics to become available again in NetWorker, but only for new backups. Support should be able to guide you.
