Sun (Oracle) to stop providing Networker technical support

I was told by my favorite Storage Tech at Sun, uh, er, I mean at Oracle now, that Oracle plans to discontinue providing support for Networker.  I have had a support contract with Sun for almost ten years now for Networker support. Can anyone comment on this, and I suppose I can switch to getting support from EMC now?

    as you know Oracle brands NetWorker as EBS (Enterprise Backup Software)

    EBS and NetWorker are identical in functionality except for the branding of documentation and branding of GUI of the server component only

    Oracle EBS customers looking to renew their maintenance contract should contact the appropriate region maintenance renewals below:

    Hello CeresIT,

    I am totally agree with Abdelghany , By renewing your maintenance contract or change the contract via the contacts Abdelghany provided , you will be totally supported.

    And i believe the sales inquires via ebs_to_emc@emc.com that Abdelghany provided it, will be useful and will help you more.
