5324 VLAN Question

I am setting up a 5324 with multiple VLANs, and several questions came up that I cannot find a clear answer to in the docs.

1. If setting up a port, say port g1 to be a member of VLAN 2, then from the console the command would be "switchport access vlan 2". I can not find a way to do this from the web management interface. Is there a way to do this via the web, or does this have to be done via the console/telnet?

2. I am a little fuzzy about the difference between setting a port to Access mode as a member of a VLAN, and setting a port to General mode as a member of a VLAN, and then setting it to Untagged. Isn't it about the same as both ports would be members of a VLAN, and egressing traffic would be untagged?

3. Assuming I have VLANs 2,3 and 4 created. If I set port g24 to Trunk mode, then as I understand it, I would go to the VLAN membership page and set g24 to Tagging for VLANs 2,3 and 4. If this is correct, what happens if I set VLAN 4 to Untagged on g24. Do the packets get blocked from exiting the port, or do they just become Untagged (VLAN 1).

Thanks
