older switch problem

I have a older Connect 2016 tha  been working for me for years without any problems 

last night out of the blue  i lost connection  i check the switch and all lights was on solid even after i remover all cable to switch. now with it on the bench just plugging power in to it all of the light are on solid no blinking at all .

Any ideas       did they switch die become a paper weight or just trash 

love some help in this

    Hello, thanks for choosing Dell. But we do not a model called Connect 2016. So if you could verify that for us that would be great. And also tell us how it is going and what you see by connecting serial cables.

    on the bottom of unit model # is as printed power connect 2016 any other question, please ask i open for any thing

    Hello thanks for choosing Dell. Please read what I attached. But the switch might have some problems on interface level. If it's still in warranty, I ask you to raise an official ticket with techsupport by phone call or email for replacement.
