Another DW1525 problem

Tonight I was browsing the internet, and downloading a new game on my 1 month old Dell XPS 8100 and all of a sudden my internet connection cut out, while I had almost a full signal with the router. I have been searching online for some fixes tonight but nothing has worked. I tried a netgear USB adapter and that also failed to work so I think this may be a problem with the router itself? I checked the website and it told me the firmware for the router is up to date, but I don't understand why all of a sudden it just stopped working! It just says "unidentified connection" and no Internet access, while I am on my Inspiron 1521 with a great connection.

I have a Belkin F5D9230-4 'G' wireless router and I have not been able to find out if this is a compatibility issue with Windows 7 or whats going on. Any suggestions?

    Hi there..

At times the router mite not accept the wireless connection.

Since you were online and then got disconnected there could be a router cutting off the connection. And also an external adapter did not work.

Have you tried restarting the router??

    Follow these steps

    1) Turn off the XPS , router and the modem.

    2) Start the modem wait a min or two

    3) Start the router wait a min or two.

    4) start the XPS
