I can not view a website (my own website) properly on my desktop..XPS 420. Pages are overlapped and the background is not right. It opens correctly on my laptop and my work computer in two different browsers. My family can see view it on their computers. It is only my home desk top that is messed up . I can not view the site with IE or Firefox. I am using Vista, but so are the others, so I don't think that is the problem. Are there settings that need changing or updates or installations that I should do?
it looks great to me. one time firefox messed up my ebay page. i didn't know what was wrong. i clicked programs, accessories, system tools, system information, software environment, windows error reporting, and it told me that scripting was all wrong on that page. everything else on firefox was okay except ebay. i uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it and then it was okay for about a month and that it got messed up again right after my virus protection ran a scan. i started using flock and i haven't had a problem since.
oh yeh, i looked at your site with a dell d410, 1.73, 2gb ram, 160 hd. windows xp, sp3. maybe somebody has some other ideas.
Did you clear your cache after you made the changes? I used to help someone with a candle website and I had to clear the cache in order to see the changes.
It seems to look fine on everyone's computer except mine. It has to be a setting or something. I went to the error reporting, as you suggested, and there were no errors reported in the past week except for Firefox. It was updated today. I can not view the site on Internet Explorer either. The Pricing page and the Preparing your quit page are completely over layed...one part of the page on top of the other. Can't figure this out.
Tools, options, advanced, network. Clear the cache, close mozilla firefox and the open it again. You could just use CCleaner and then try viewing your website.

deb=b=do,
Maybe a link to the website page in question so we can see what it looks like on different systems. It could have somwthing to do with the coding.
