I have a very similar problem.  I keep getting the same 2 errors: "rundll32.exe Application Error" & "iexplore.exe Application Error" and my internet doesn't work at all so I have to resort to using it at work.  There isn't even a "page cannot be displayed" in the background.  All the toolbars, etc. are loading fine, but the box where the page SHOULD be displayed is just all white.  Any suggestions?  I've already called my internet company and tried to solve the problem (ipconfig, rebooting the cable modem, etc.) and the guy said I would need to get System Recovery Disks from Dell...but is there any other way?  All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like your problem is that you are infected with spyware.  Download, install, update, and run Ad-Aware and Spybot and let these programs remove all of the garbage that they find.
